The Great Pacific Race started in June 2014 when competitors and teams from all over the world rowed from California to Hawaii to highlight pollution in our oceans.

Ingrid and Amanda were a part of Boatylicious, a female team of four. On the 7th of August after 59 days at sea, in challenging conditions, they crossed the finish line and became the first all-female team to row across the Pacific. Well done Ingrid and Amanda, a fantastic achievement.
